Salon Flaner was born from the inspiration of a Warsaw where gathering around the table was an art, and conversations could last for hours.
Inspired by the spirit of Warsaw’s flânerie, we created Salon Flaner within the walls of Hotel Flaner – a place where time flows a little more slowly, conversations linger a little longer, and every flavour recalls the finest traditions of old Warsaw.
Our cuisine draws upon the pre-war recipes of Warsaw’s restaurants and family homes, paying tribute to the dishes that have graced the city’s tables for generations. These are flavours that are honest, refined, and unhurried – meant to be savoured at leisure.
